Resume a paused or interrupted upload
The short answer
Uploads are sent in parts, so a paused or dropped upload keeps what it has sent. Choose the same original file to resume within 24 hours.
- Open the workspace where the upload started.
- Choose Resume on the unfinished upload.
- Pick the original file. Its contents must match what was already sent.
An unfinished upload expires after 24 hours. If you see “This upload expired”, cancel it and start a new upload.

- Which video files you can uploadUpload one MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV file with a single video track in H.264, HEVC, VP8, VP9, AV1 or MPEG-4, within the length, picture, frame rate and file size limits. jigframe checks a clip when you choose it and again after upload, and says which limit it breaks.
- What counts towards storageYour clips, finished videos, narration and working files all count towards storage. Uploads stop when storage is full.
