• How finished minutes are countedStarting a video holds its footage length, plus a small margin. When the render finishes you are charged the finished length and the rest comes back. A run that stops is not charged.
• Plans and pricesEvery plan bills finished minutes: what you pay for is the length of the videos jigframe renders. The table lists each plan with its price and what it includes.
• What counts towards storageYour clips, finished videos, narration and working files all count towards storage. Uploads stop when storage is full.
