Sign-up, passwords, workspaces, cancelling and deleting.

• Cancel a run, delete a job or delete a projectCancelling stops production and releases held minutes. Deleting a job removes it and all its versions for good; your uploaded clip stays in the library. Deleting a project also removes the clip and every video made from it.
• Reset your passwordChoose Forgot password on the log-in page and follow the link in the email. The link works once and expires in an hour.
• Sign up and confirm your emailSign up with your email and a password, then enter the six-digit code we send. A code works once and expires in an hour.
• Workspaces and what they shareA workspace keeps its own clips, jobs and defaults. Finished minutes and storage are shared by every workspace on the account.
