Workspaces and what they share

Agencies often keep one workspace per client. Create one from the workspace switcher, and rename it under Settings, General. Archiving and inviting members are not available yet.

To delete a workspace, open Settings, General and choose Delete workspace…. The confirmation shows how many projects, videos, collections and templates go with it, and asks you to type the workspace's name. Uploads, checks or videos still being made stop the deletion until they finish or you delete their projects. Finished minutes stay charged, your plan and other workspaces stay, and the files count toward storage until background cleanup removes them. Copies already downloaded aren't affected, and a media link already opened can keep working for up to an hour. Deleting your last workspace takes you to create a new one under the same account.
