Cancel a run, delete a job or delete a project
The short answer
Cancelling stops production and releases held minutes. Deleting a job removes it and all its versions for good; your uploaded clip stays in the library. Deleting a project also removes the clip and every video made from it.
| Cancel | Delete job | Delete project | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Production | Stops | Stops | Stops |
| Held minutes | Released | Released | Released |
| Minutes already charged | Stay charged | Stay charged | Stay charged |
| Earlier finished versions | Kept | Removed | Removed |
| Uploaded clip | Kept | Kept | Removed |
| Can be undone | No | No | No |
Delete a project from its ⋯ menu in the Library or on the project's page. The confirmation lists every video it removes, including ones a Library filter or collection hides. Deleting a project still uploading stops the upload. Files are removed in the background; a file another video still uses is kept. Copies already downloaded aren't affected, and a media link already opened can keep working for up to an hour.
