What counts towards storage
The short answer
Your clips, finished videos, narration and working files all count towards storage. Uploads stop when storage is full.
The Usage tab shows storage beside your minutes. Each clip can be up to 300 MiB. An upload holds its whole size from the moment it starts, so a file larger than the space left is refused before it uploads. Cancelling an unfinished upload frees its space.
To free space, delete a project in the Library: that removes its clip and every video made from it. Deleting selected videos keeps the clip. Deleted files are removed in the background, and their space counts as used, shown as awaiting cleanup, until removal is confirmed. A file another video still uses is kept.
The messages this page covers

- Which video files you can uploadUpload one MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV file with a single video track in H.264, HEVC, VP8, VP9, AV1 or MPEG-4, within the length, picture, frame rate and file size limits. jigframe checks a clip when you choose it and again after upload, and says which limit it breaks.
- Plans and pricesEvery plan bills finished minutes: what you pay for is the length of the videos jigframe renders. The table lists each plan with its price and what it includes.
- Resume a paused or interrupted uploadUploads are sent in parts, so a paused or dropped upload keeps what it has sent. Choose the same original file to resume within 24 hours.
