Film a clip that narrates well
The short answer
Hold each shot for a few seconds, show the work rather than talk over it, and film in the shape you want to publish. The script describes what the camera sees.
- Film in the final shape. A vertical clip returns a vertical video; a landscape clip returns a landscape one.
- Hold each shot for three seconds or more. The footage is read in short windows, and a steady shot is easier to describe.
- Show the before, the work and the result. The script follows what is on screen.
- Keep it short. Thirty to ninety seconds is a comfortable narration length.
- Don't rely on the sound. It is muted in the finished video.

- Which video files you can uploadUpload one MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV file with a single video track in H.264, HEVC, VP8, VP9, AV1 or MPEG-4, within the length, picture, frame rate and file size limits. jigframe checks a clip when you choose it and again after upload, and says which limit it breaks.
- Steer the words with a Vibe promptThe Vibe prompt is an optional brief. It shapes what the script says and how it says it; the voice you choose sets the sound.
