What happens to your minutes while a script waits
The short answer
Starting a video holds its length from your finished minutes for 24 hours. If you approve later, the hold has lapsed and approving needs those minutes free again.
While the hold lasts, the job says how many minutes are held and until when, in UTC. After that the minutes are free for other videos. The script and the review stay open; nothing is lost.
When you approve an expired review, jigframe checks that the minutes are free again. If they are not, approval waits and your script stays saved.

- How finished minutes are countedStarting a video holds its footage length, plus a small margin. When the render finishes you are charged the finished length and the rest comes back. A run that stops is not charged.
- “There aren't enough minutes available”Your finished minutes are used or held elsewhere. Your script is saved. Approve it after the period resets, or cancel another run to release its hold.
